Editing a Recipient's CMap PIM CheckPoint Access Expiry Date
When issuing via CheckPoint, users can edit the expiry date for the entire recipient list or for individual recipients.
How do you do this?
Go to the transmittals tab of the project.
Select an issue that includes one or more recipients who will use CheckPoint to access the documents. (Note: other issue methods do not expire).
Click on the tab called 'CheckPoint'
To change the expiry date of the transmittal for all recipients
Click on the pencil icon next to Expiry Date
Adjust the date then click Confirm
To change expiry date of the transmittal for one recipient
Click on the pencil icon next to Access Expiry (found next to the recipient's name)
Adjust the date then click Confirm
The recipient will NOT receive the transmittal again once the expiry has been adjusted.
