Editing a CMap PIM CheckPoint Issue Access Expiry Date
Introduction
How to control access to an CheckPoint issue in CMap PIM.
Editing an CheckPoint Issue access expiry date
Issues can be edited up until they are transmitted, except the Access Expiry Date for CheckPoint issues. This is so you can control or revoke access to all or particular recipients.
Select an Issue
Select an issue that includes one or more recipients who will use CheckPoint to access the documents. Other issue methods do not expire.
View Current Expiry Date
You can view the current expiry date in the first section of the issue information panel.
Pen Icon
Click the pen icon next to the current expiry date to open the dialog box. Changes made here will apply to all CheckPoint recipients associated with this issue.
Here you can select a new expiry date. Click 'Confirm' to apply the new expiry date. You can also edit the expiry date for individual recipients.
Finished
You have now successfully updated the transmittal access expiry date for CMap PIM CheckPoint.
