Introduction
How to void an issue within CMap PIM.
Transmittals
Inside your project, click the Transmittals menu item in the left hand side bar menu.
Select Issue
Hover over the row of the issue you wish to void and click the grey circle to select. You can use the Filters panel to find your issues more easily.
Void Issue
Once you have selected the issue to void, click the Void Issue button located on the left hand side of the command bar.
Reason For Voiding
In the dialog, provide a reason to notify users why the issue has been voided, then click Void.
Struck Through
Once voided, the issue will appear struck through on the Issues list and in the issue register. When users click on the issue, the void issue will appear at the top.
Finished
You have now successfully voided an issue.
