Viewing received transmittals
How to view the Received Transmittals list in PIM.
Navigate to Transmittals
Inside your project, click the Transmittals menu item in the left hand side bar menu.
To Us
Click the To Us tab at the top of the page to view all Received Transmittals.
Issues List
The Issues list is the list of received transmittals created in PIM.
Each row represents an issue, and for each Issue we have:
•The received reference
•The transmittal reference
•The company the transmittal is from
•The user who uploaded the transmittal
•The date the transmittal was received on
Viewing a Received Transmittal
To view a received transmittal, hover over the row of the transmittal you wish to view and click the grey circle to select.
This will open the transmittal information panel.
Under the Revisions tab, you will see the revisions included in the issue, as well as the issue recipients and the method of transmittal.
Management Tab
Under the Management tab, you will see actions that can be performed.
Filter
You can use the Filters panel to find your received transmittals more easily.
Viewing Documents
If you want to view the documents included in the transmittals, click the rendition icons to download a copy.
