Issued Register
How to view the Issued Register in CMap PIM.
Navigate to the Register
Inside your project, click the Issued menu item in the left-hand sidebar menu.
Issued Register Breakdown
The Issued Register is a matrix consisting of a list of issues against a list of records. Running Top to bottom, we see the Issues. Here we can see:
•The issue number
•The date the issue was transmitted
•Who the issue was transmitted by
•The issue status code
Running left to right, we see the records to which the issued revisions belong to. Here we can see:
•The record document number
•The record document title
•The record's last issued revision
size
•The record's last issued revision scale
•The record's last issued revision number
At the cross-section between a record and an issue, is the revision number of the record included in the issue.
At the bottom of the register, there is a list of contacts who are included in the issues above. In line with the issues, are the different methods of transmittal through which the contact received the issue.
Search and Filter
You can change the view of the register by using the filters panel and search search for specific records.
To open the filters panel click the filter icon on the right-hand side of the command bar. You can also group the register based on information about the revisions using the Group By filters.
To clear the filters and return to the default view, click the clear filters icon in the top right corner of the filters panel. By default the register will only show the last 15 issues. It will also exclude Office Documents and revisions included in issues pending transmittal.
Download Excel
Once you have modified the view of the register to your liking, you can also export that view into an Excel file. To do this, click the Download Excel button located in the top left corner of the command bar.
