Setting Up Default Project Owners
Introduction
If you have a group of users that need be added to every project you set up on CMap PIM, you can use the default Project Owners feature. This will ensure any users in this group will be automatically added as Project Owners when a new project is created.
Default Project Owners
To set up a default Project Owners group, please follow the steps below:
- Go to your CMap PIM Hubsite.
- Click on the Setting Clog in the top right-hand corner.
- Once the Settings panel opens, click 'on 'Site Contents'.
- Scroll down until you see 'ProjectOwners' and then click on it.
- Click on the '+ Add new item' button.
- In the pop-out box, add the user's name to the 'Title' field and add the user's email address to the ATVUserEmail' field.
- Then click on 'Save'
- Repeat for other users.
Process Complete
You have now successfully added default Project Owners. Next time you create a project on CMap PIM, the users will be automatically added as Project Owners.
Existing Projects
If you want these users to be added an existing project as Project Owners, you'll need to reprovision the project via the 'Manager' tab. Reprovisioning will embedded the updates.
