Updating Project Information/ Project Reprovisioning

During your time using CMap PIM, you may need to reprovision a project. Reprovisioning a project can be used to embed changes and updates that have been made the project information, bring across any new features and can act as project refresh if you run into any issues. 

You will need to be a Hubsite Site Owner in order to reprovision projects.

How to reprovision a project 

1. Go to the 'Manager' tab on the Hubsite
2. Hover over the row of the Project you wish to reprovision and click the grey circle to open up the Manage Project panel
3. If you're changing the project information, make your updates 
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on 'Reprovision'
5. The project will start reprovisioning
6. Once finished, the changes and updates will now be visible in your project
