Creating a project from a project enquiry

A project enquiry form can be used to log and gather information about potential projects before they are officially taken up by a practice or organisation. If the project is taken up by the practice or organisation, they can be uplifted to a project on CMap PIM.

The project enquiry form feature on CMap PIM is not switched on by default, so if you would like to use it, contact your consultant and they can set it up for you. 

How to uplift a project enquiry form to a project 

1. Go to the 'Manager' tab on your Hubsite
2. Click on the 'Project Enquiry Forms' tab
3. Hover over the row of the Project Enquiry form you wish to edit and click the grey circle to open up the project enquiry form edit panel
4. When the 'Manage Project Enquiry Form' panel opens, scroll down to the bottom and click on the 'Create Project' button
5. Complete the project creation form with the relevant information and click on 'Create'
6. The project will start provisioning.
7. Once provisioned, the project will be ready to use
