Missing "Create"/"Files From Us" Buttons In Files
If context menu options or buttons such as Create Drawing or Files From Us are no longer visible following a Microsoft SharePoint update, the functionality has not been removed.
To resolve this issue:
- Refresh the page and try again, this may take multiple attempts.
- If the buttons are still missing, open the site in an Incognito or Private Browsing window and check whether they appear.
Microsoft occasionally introduces changes to the SharePoint experience that can temporarily affect how custom buttons and menu options are displayed.
