Unhiding Project Contacts

Introduction

There may be instances where you have hidden a contact and now wish to unhide it. 

Navigate to contacts.

Select Contacts from the menu on the left.

Filter

To view all hidden contacts, in the project contacts list, click Filters in the top right hand corner 
of the command bar.

 

Show Hidden Contacts

To display all the hidden contacts, select the Show Hidden Contacts checkbox in the filters panel. 

 

Select Contact

Hover over the row of the Contact you wish to hide and click the grey circle to select.
You can use the Filters panel to find your project contacts more easily.

Unhide Contact

Click the Unhide Contact button in the top left hand side of the command bar.

 

Confirm

This will bring up the Unhide Project Contact confirmation box. Click Confirm to unhide the 
project contact.

You can unhide multiple contacts by select more than one contact and clicking Unhide Contact.

Once unhidden, the contact will now appear in the project contact search boxes or the project contact list.

 

Finished 

Your project contact is now successfully unhidden.
