Hiding Project Contacts

Introduction

In this article, you will learn how to hide a project contact in CMap PIM.

Navigate to Project Contacts

In the project homepage, navigate to the contacts list by clicking Contacts in the left sidebar menu.

Select Contact

Hover over the row of the Contact you wish to hide and click the grey circle to select.
You can use the Filters panel to find your project contacts more easily.

Hide Contact

Click the Hide Contact button in the top left hand side of the command bar.
This will bring up the Hide Project Contact confirmation box. Click Confirm to hide the project 
contact.

Hiding Multiple Contacts

You can hide multiple contacts by selecting more than one contact and clicking Unhide Contact. Once hidden, the contact will not appear in the project contact search boxes or the project contact list.

Finished

Your project contact is now successfully hidden.
