Editing an Address

Introduction

 

If you need to an edit a company address or add a new one for any reason, please read the steps below on how to do this. 

 

Navigate to Companies

 

Click on the Contacts tab on your Hubsite and then click on Companies.

 

 

Select a Company

 

Find the company whose address you want to edit and click on it. 

 

 

Company Info Panel

 

This will open the Company Info panel. To edit the information, click on the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner. 

 

 

Select an Address to Edit

 

Under the 'Addresses' heading, select the address you want to edit. 

 

Edit the Address

 

Click on the pencil icon next to the address and update the relevant details.  Make sure to click on 'Update' to save the changes.

 

 

Adding a New Address

 

If you want to add a new address for the company, click on the house icon.

The Address Label is what will be used for Office Documents quick parts. Please be aware that changing the address details will not automatically update the Address Label so you will need update this when changing the address. 

 

Finished

 

You have now successfully edited an Address.
