Provide Information

Provide the information in the Create Empty Document Record panel. For the most part, the
fields that are required will make up the record's document number, which you can see a preview
of at the top of the panel.

When you change the values included in the document number, the number field will automatically calculate the next available number based on the values selected.

The default values that appear when you first open the panel can be modified per project. To
get help changing the default values contact us at atverosupport@atvero.io

In general, the more information provided during the creation process, the easier it will be
to find your records using filtering.
Mark your Record as Project Control File if the record is important within your project. This
will make it easier for new users within the project to find the important files more easily.
