Export Companies to Excel
Introduction
A great feature of CMap PIM is that the system will allow you to export the information within your Hubsite to Excel spreadsheets. In this article, we will see how you can export your Companies list to an Excel. The process is very simple, meaning you can pull the information quickly and conveniently.
Navigate to 'Companies'
Head to the Contacts tab on your Hubsite, then click on 'Companies'.
Download as Excel
If you want to download the entire list, click on 'Download Excel'. Alternatively, you can use the 'Filters' button to filter down the list to show the relevant companies. Once your results have filtered, click on 'Download Excel'.
Excel Downloaded
In your downloads, you will now have an Excel spreadsheet of companies.
Finished
You have now downloaded an Excel spreadsheet of your companies.
