Received register
How to view the Received Register in CMap PIM.
Navigate to the Register
Inside your project, click the Received menu item in the left-hand sidebar menu.
The Received Register is a matrix consisting of a list of dates against a list of received revisions.
Running left to right, we see the dates. Here we can see:
•the received dates
•the transmittal references
Running top to bottom, we see the records to which the received revisions belong to. Here we can see:
•The record document number
•The record document title
•The record's last received revision size
•The record's last received revision scale
At the cross-section between a record and a date is the revision number for that record.
Search and Filter
You can change the view of the register by using the filters panel and searching for specific records.
To open the filters panel, click the filter icon on the right-hand side of the command bar.
You can also group the register based on information about the records using the Group By filters. By default, the register will only show the last 15 received dates. It will also exclude revisions where no received transmittal reference was provided.
That concludes the tour of the Received Register.
