Associate a Record to Checklist Task
Introduction
How to assign a record to a question in the Evidence page in CMap PIM.
This feature is not set up by default. To add this feature to your PIM projects, first contact
a member of the CMap PIM Support Team.
Add a Record to Checklist task
Associate Records to a Checklist task to better track your project milestones
Navigate to the Records page
From the project homepage, click on Records in the left hand menu
Select a Record
Select the Record you wish to submit as Evidence
Click on the 'Evidence' tab that appears in the pop-out box
Select a task
Select the relevant task the record relates to
You can also add any additional information in the 'Notes' section
Click update to associate the Record to the Task
Finished
You have now successfully associated a Record as evidence to a Checklist task.
