Issuing Records using CheckPoint
Introduction
This guide will help you to prepare and send an issue using CheckPoint. Please note that the terms 'Atvero' and 'CMap PIM' may be used interchangeably in this article.
Navigate to the Records list
From the project homepage, click Records in the sidebar menu.
Select Records
Find the records whose revisions you wish to issue and hover over the row and click the grey circle. You can use the Filters panel to find your records more easily.
Create New Issue
From either the right hand side of the command bar, or the information panel buttons click New Issue.
Provide Issue Information
Provide the required issue information in the fields at the top of the Create Issue panel.
Choose Issue Recipients
In the Issue Recipients field, type the names of the contacts you wish to send the issue to.
Either individually or using the bulk set field, set the transmittal method to Send via CMap PIM CheckPoint.
If your contact does not belong to your project, you can add it following the steps in the guide below.
Transmit Issue
Once the issue has been transmitted, recipients will receive an email with a link to the CMap PIM CheckPoint site.
Here they will be required to log in and provide a token which will be emailed to them when they visit the page.
Once in, users can download all files into a zip or individual files.
CMap PIM CheckPoint Activity
You can view recipients CMap PIM CheckPoint activity for an issue by clicking the CMap PIM CheckPoint tab in the Issue information panel in the Transmittals page in CMap PIM.
Click the information tab next to each recipient to view their specific CMap PIM CheckPoint activity.

You have now successfully transmitted an issue via CMap PIM CheckPoint!
