Reviewing Checklist Tasks
This article will show you how to mark a question as reviewed in the Evidence page in CMap PIM.
Navigate to the Checklists page
The Checklist feature is not set up by default. To add this feature to your CMap PIM projects, first contact a member of the CMap PIM Support Team.
From the project homepage, click on 'Checklists' in the left hand menu, as seen in the image above.
Select the Task
From the list of tasks, select the task you wish to review.
By default, you will only be able to see tasks for the stage your project is currently on in addition to any incomplete tasks from previous stages.
Review the Records
In the panel that opens, you can review any notes or evidence submitted against the task.
If there is a Record associated with the task, then by clicking on the file icons, you can view a preview of the latest revision for the Record.
To view all revisions for an evidenced Record, click the Document Number to open the Record in the Records page.
Mark as Reviewed
To mark the task as reviewed, click the Review Task button in the left hand side of the command bar.
Only Project Owners have the ability to mark questions as reviewed.
Confirm Review
In the pop up dialog, click confirm to mark the task as reviewed.
View reviewed questions
Once reviewed, as long as the task does not require an audit, it will now be marked as complete and will be hidden from the default list view.
To view all reviewed questions, open the filter panel and click 'Include Reviewed'.
You can also filter the list to include all questions for all stages by clicking 'Show All'. Similarly you can filter the questions based on who actioned and who reviewed the question.
You have now successfully reviewed a Checklist task
