Uninstalling CMap PIM
You may need to uninstall CMap PIM from your SharePoint Tenant. If this is the case, you can use this guide.
- Login to https://portal.azure.com, then select Azure Active Directory
- In the left hand menu, select Enterprise Applications
- Select each of the CMap PIM Applications in the list (select the ones with CMap PIM in the title)
- Select the application, then select the Properties option in the Manage category on the left hand side.
- To delete the consent, select the Delete option
- Next, you'll need to delete the CMap PIM SharePoint App. To do this, you need to go to the SharePoint Admin Centre
- From the SharePoint Admin Centre, select Active Sites and then search for 'Apps' and select the App catalog
- In the Manage apps page, select the CMap PIM app and then press Delete
The CMap PIM app has now been removed from your Microsoft 365 tenant.
If there is a CMap PIM service user in your Microsoft 365, this can now be removed.
If you're happy to lose any data from your CMap PIM sites, including Contacts, Records and Transmittals, you can go ahead and delete the CMap PIM project sites and the CMap PIM hub site from the Active Sites in the SharePoint Admin Centre.
