Install CMap PIM in Outlook for Mac

In order to use the email filer, you will need to install the CMap PIM plugin. Follow these steps if you are a Mac user and want to install it. 

This guide should only be used if you are using the legacy email filer, not CMap Mail. Ask your consultant if you are unsure what you are using. 

For Outlook App

1. Open Outlook on your Mac machine
2. Click on the three dots in the Outlook ribbon
3. Select the 'Get Add-ins'
4. Then from the Add-in window, select 'My Add-ins' then scroll down the page until you can see 'Custom Add-ins' options
5. Select the 'add a custom Add-in option, and then select 'Add from URL...'
6. In the box that appears add the following web address https://atveroplugins.atvero.com/manifest.prod.xml then press OK, and then Install.
7. Close the Add-in Window, you can now file emails on your chosen platform.

Get Add-ins on the Web

1. Load an email to read in Outlook Web access and select the three dots on the Subject row.
2. Select Get Add-ins from the bottom of the list of available options.
