Installing the AutoCAD Add-In

Introduction

This guide is for AutoCAD admins and shows how install AutoCAD Add-in.

Please note: The AutoCAD add-in will not work with AutoCAD LT & make sure AutoCAD is not running before installing the add-in.

Download Resources

The installer for the CMap PIM AutoCAD add-in and associated Template files can be downloaded from Setup.Atvero.com. You'll need the password from the CMap PIM team to access these files. 

Download CMap PIM Add-In

First, we will install the Add-in. To do this, click 'Download AutoCAD Add-In'.

Install the Add-In

Once the download is complete, extract the .zip file and run atvero_for_autocad.msi. If Windows Defender is installed and displayed, click More info and select Run anyway.

The CMap PIM for AutoCAD Setup Wizard panel will be displayed. Click Next.

Confirm the installation location by clicking Next. Once the installation is complete, click on Finish. 

The add-in can also be deployed on a Network. Contact CMap PIM support for assistance if required.

 

Finish

Congratulations! The add-in is now successfully installed.
