Install the AutoCAD Add-In
As part of the CMap PIM Design package, you can use our AutoCAD add-in. This add-in allows you to to publish your AutoCAD sheets directly into your CMap PIM projects without needing to manually upload.
During onboarding, your consultant will help you with installing the plugin but feel free to use this guide to do this yourself.
Before you start, make sure AutoCAD is not running before installing the add-in.
The plugin will not work with AutoCAD LT
- Download the AutoCAD Add-in (contact CMap PIM Support for the most recent download link and password)
- Once the download is complete, extract the .zip file and run atvero_for_autocad.msi
- If Windows Defender is installed and displayed, click More info and select Run anyway
- The CMap PIM for AutoCAD Setup Wizard panel will be displayed - Click 'Next'
- Confirm the installation location by clicking 'Next'
- Once the installation is complete, click on 'Finish'. The add-in can also be deployed on a Network.
