Creating a project enquiry
A project enquiry form can be used to log and gather information about potential projects before they are officially taken up by a practice or organisation. If the project is taken up by the practice or organisation, they can be uplifted to a project on CMap PIM.
The project enquiry form feature on CMap PIM is not switched on by default, so if you would like to use it, contact your consultant and they can set it up for you. You will also need Site Owner permissions to set up a project enquiry form.
Setting up a new project enquiry form
- Go to the 'Manager' tab on your Hubsite
- Click on the 'Project Enquiry Forms' tab
- Click on the 'Create Project Enquiry Forms' tab
- Fill out the compulsory and relevant fields in the 'New Project Enquiry' panel
- Click on 'Create' to finish off the set up
- Once your project enquiry is created, the all the internal contacts included in the project enquiry form will receive an email notification
