Editing project information
Project information is key to providing wider context and information about your projects. The information can help organise and differentiate your projects on the 'Projects' tab. Not only this, but the more information you add, the more enhanced your project filters will be, helping you and other CMap PIM users navigate through the project list quickly and easily.
We also recommend keeping project information up to date for auditing and record keeping purposes.
Project information can only be updated by Site Owners. You must also be a Project Owner of the project site you want to update.
Editing the information via the Hubsite
- Navigate to the 'Manager' or the 'Projects' tabs on your Hubsite
- Find the project you want to update
- Click on grey circle next to the Internal Billing Code
- When the 'Update Project Information' panel opens up, fill out the relevant fields you want to update
- Once completed, click on 'Update'
Editing the information via a Project Site
- Navigate to the 'Projects' tab on your Hubsite
- Find the project you want to update
- Click on the Internal Billing Code to access the project site
- Click on the pencil icon next to 'Project Information'
- When the 'Update Project Information' panel opens up, fill out the relevant fields you want to update
- Once completed, click on 'Update'
