Finding Projects
In this article, we will look at how to search and find projects on CMap PIM. We will also explore how to update the project information via the Projects tab to help improve your filters.
Searching for Projects
- On the CMap PIM Hubsite, head to the 'Projects' tab.
- Towards the top of the page, you should see a search box. In this box, you can search for a project by entering its project name or code.
- If you are still unable to find the correct project, you can use the filters. Click on the 'Filters' button to open the pop-out panel. You can stack multiple filters for a more refined search.
Updating the Project Information
As the project develops, there may be cases where you need to add or update pieces of project information. We recommend you add as much extra project information as you can in order to improve the efficiency of your filters.
- Click on the tick icon next to the project title to open the project information pop-out panel.
- Make the updates, edits and changes you need.
- Click on update at the bottom of the panel once you've finished to save the changes.
