Merging Companies

How to merge two Companies in CMap PIM.

Navigate to the Contacts list

From the Hubsite homepage, click Contacts in the sidebar menu. This feature is only available on 
Hubsites and not projects.

Select the Companies tab

From the Contacts page, click Companies in the horizontal navigation bar above the List.

Select the Company you want to merge

First select the duplicate Company that you want to eliminate, and then click the Merge button in the 
Command bar above the list.

Open the Merge menu

From the Merge submenu select Merge Company.

Select the superseding Company

In the dialog select the Company you wish to merge you currently selected Company into, then click 
Confirm to run the operation. Note, the Company you selected first will be removed and its Locations and 
Contacts will all be transferred to whichever Company you select in this picker. This operation cannot be 
undone.

Finished

You have now successfully merged a company!
