Renaming CMap Mail Projects for CMap PSA Clients

CMap PSA with CMap Mail Clients 

Please only use this set of instructions if you are using our Mail product alongside CMap PSA.  Please note, you only make changes to the PROJECT NAME at this point in time. 

1. Go to your CMap PSA instance and find the project you want to update.
2. Update the project name field and save the changes. 
3. Go to your CMap Mail Hubsite: ([YourSharePointTenantName].SharePoint.com/sites/[YourCMapMailHubsiteName].

4. Click on Site contents.

   

5. Scroll down until you reach an item called 'Projects' and click on it.

   

6. Either scroll until you can find the project you want to rename or use the filter.

   

7. Click on the number in the 'Title' column.

   

8. Update the Description field with the new project name.

   

9. Click on the 'x' once updated - the changes will save automatically.

   

10. Check the changes have embedded by going to the CMap Mail Admin Centre and searching for the new project name. 

    

    If the changes haven't embedded, contact CMap Mail Support.
