Here is your preparing for your import checklist to follow. Make sure you have checked or completed all items before starting the import.

Email File Formats Are your emails in .MSG or .EML file formats? If not, the importer won't be able to bring these across. |

File Pathways A file pathway is essentially the address of where your emails are currently stored. They tell the import tool where to find the emails you want to import. In Mail Manager, these pathways are found in the .mmcollection files. Instructions on how to generate these .mmcollection files can be found in this article. |

Windows Machine Do you have a Windows machine to run the import? (The import tool is not compatible with Mac machines) |

Enabled Projects (CMap PSA ONLY) If you currently using CMap PSA, have you enabled the mail projects in CMap Mail Admin before starting your import? |
