Adding a Markup

Adding a Markup

If a revision is awaiting approval, as part of the approval process project owners can upload a single Markup file to provide richer feedback.

If multiple individuals have been assigned to review a revision then they may both upload markup individually as part of their review.

How to add a Markup during the reviewing process

  1. To add Markup to a revision, first select the record that contains the revision you are looking to review
  2. In the pop-out panel that opens, click on the 'Approvals' tab
  3. Find the revision you want to review
  4. Once you've finished your review, either click on 'Approve' or 'Reject'
  5. When the panel opens, you can add comments and add your Markup by clicking on the 'Add Markup/Comments' and browsing your local file storage

How to add a Markup outside of the reviewing process

  1. To add Markup to a revision, first select the record that contains the revision you are looking to review
  2. Find the revision you want to add a Markup to
  3. Click on the red upload arrow next to the revision on the 'Mark Up' column
  4. Find the Markup document from your local file storage

If you have already uploaded Markup to the revision outside of the review process, any additional Markup uploaded will be overwrite the original file
