Setting up the CMap Mail Integration
Introduction
Use this guide to assist with the CMap Mail integration set-up.
Prerequisites
If you are going to be using the CMap Mail integration, there are some set up steps you will need to take. These steps will need to be done by a CMap Admin as they will need to adjust your CMap Security Groups.
Instructions
- Go to your CMap instance.
- Click on the Settings clog.
- Under 'Users & Security' in the Admin panel, click on 'Security Groups'.
- Find the relevant Security Group from the list.
- Click on the hyperlinked Security Group name in the 'Name' column.
- In the Access Level section, click on 'Projects' to expand the selection.
- Scroll down until you see 'Project Mail' and ensure both tick boxes have been ticked.
- Click on 'Save' in the button right-hand corner to save the changes.
Once you have done the above steps, contact your CMap consultant to confirm.
