Email Filing Icon Not Showing

I'm using Outlook for Windows

If you cannot see the Atvero Email Filing Icons in your Outlook command ribbon. It might be that Email Filing plugin has been disabled.

To enable the Email Filing Plugin select the "File" menu from above the ribbon.

You should see either of icons indicated, but not both.

Open the Outlook Account page

Under the Slow and Disabled Com Add-ins section in the list, click the Manage the COM Add-ins button, next to the yellow box.

Click the Manage Add-ins button to open the Slow and Disabled Add-ins page.

Select the Options for the Add-in and select the Do not monitor this add-in for the next 30 days option.

Click Apply to save the changes and close the dialog.

You will be returned to the main Outlook page and you will be able to see the Atvero Email Filing icon.

You should now be able to see the Atvero Email Filing Icon in Outlook!

I can't see "Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins"

Click Options in the left-hand menu to open the options Dialog.

Select the Add-ins page on the left hand side to show the Outlook Adds-in dialog.

In the Add-ins dialog either AtveroEmailScheduler or AtveroForOutlook should be available. If either AtveroEmailScheduler or AtveroForOutlook is unticked, tick the box and then click OK.

The Atvero Outlook should now be available.
