Renaming CMap PIM Projects for CMap PSA Clients

If an external project code, project name or project information has been changed on CMap PSA, you'll need to follow the steps below to ensure the changes pull through to CMap PIM correctly.

1. Go to your CMap PSA instance and find the project you want to update.
2. Update the relevant field(s) and save the changes. 
3. Head to CMap PIM and go to the 'Manager' tab.
4. Find the project you need to update and click the circle icon next to the internal billing code. You want the Manage Project panel pop-out to open.
5. Click on 'Reprovision' button at the bottom of the panel. You don't need to update any of the information as the reprovisioning will bring the changes across (the Mail project will also be updated automatically).
